Chef Daniel Gendron has opened up his catering kitchen to the public.

A "tasting room" for those who dig food ! 

A place where every table is the Chefs table. 

A place that offers a table d'hôte menu only. 

A place you know the limited menu has to be fresh due to its structure hence 

 "Strictly Reservation Please"
